How a booking works

Choose and see the price
Pick a service and a time. The full price, including GST, is shown before you book.

A verified provider accepts
You see their name, rating and the checks they have passed. Every provider's identity has been verified.

Give them your code
When they arrive you get a four digit code. Work starts only once you share it.

Pay when it is done
A second code confirms the job is finished. Then you pay, by UPI or card.
Who comes to your home
Every provider's identity and bank account is checked before they can take a job. Anyone working inside homes, or with children, elderly people or patients, also needs police verification.
The price does not change
The amount you see when you book is the amount you pay. It is fixed at that moment, whatever happens to our rates afterwards.
Cancelling
Free while we are still finding someone, and free more than a day ahead. The charge rises only once a provider is on the way. See the full table.
Work with us
If you are a plumber, electrician, cleaner, climber, nurse or caregiver in Kerala, you can register in the SarvaFM provider app.
What you need
A photo ID, address proof and a bank account in your own name. Some kinds of work also need police verification. You choose your own days, hours and how far you travel.
How you are paid
Your earnings for each job are shown before you accept it, and paid to your bank account on a regular cycle.
